The Poplar Creek Prairie Stewards are an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit group working with the Forest Preserves of Cook County to restore native habitat in the Carl Hansen/Poplar Creek Forest Preserve and the Schaumburg Road Grasslands, located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. We hold outdoor volunteer restoration workdays every weekend throughout the year, weather permitting. Please join us!
